Primary Duties & Responsibilities

  • Direct & oversee all import/export activities in designated manufacturing site including corporate and statutory reporting, planning of material and shipment.
  • Responsible on dealing with any issues involving industrial parks, industrial park management boards, Local Planning & Investment Department.
  • Responsible in dealing with forwarders for all inward and outward shipments.
  • Responsible in dealing with other departments.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in one of following specialization: Business, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, Logistics or related field.
  • 8+ years of relevant experience of Import-Export in manufacturing company with 3+ years managerial/leadership experience
  • Having practical experience in international trade, logistics, customs regulations, and supply chain management is highly valued
  • Working experience for EPE (Export Processing Enterprise) is a must

Skills

  • Independent, self-motivated, accurate and able to lead and manage a team of accounts assistants.
  • Numeric, have effective oral and written communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
  • Good interpersonal skills and negotiation skills.
  • Good working knowledge of standard computer software and ERP systems.
  • In-depth knowledge of logistic, custom regulations, import/export regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent in MS Office.

Working Conditions

  • Works in standard office/manufacturing environment

Depending on location, this position may be responsible for the execution and maintenance of the ISO 9000, 9001, 14001 and/or other applicable standards that may apply to the relevant roles and responsibilities within the Quality Management System and Environmental Management System.
