ROLE SNAPSHOT

• Title: Project Manager Supplier Ops Lead (Vietnam)
• Location/Schedule: Vietnam, Full-Time
• Purpose: Lead day-to-day supplier operations with plastics and label converters, driving tooling, compliance, and audits for packaging supply.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own supplier relationships with Vietnam plastics and label converters.
• Lead tooling development, trials, and release.
• Conduct supplier audits and ensure adherence to standards.
• Partner with vendors on daily operations to meet cost, quality, and delivery goals.
• Ensure packaging and labeling processes align with global standards.
• Drive improvements in reliability, accuracy, and supplier performance.

MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS

• 10+ years in packaging supply chain or supplier operations.
• Proven vendor development and leadership experience in Vietnam/ASEAN.
• Hands-on experience with tooling, plastics, and labeling processes.
• Strong supplier audit and compliance background.
• Fluent in English; Vietnamese strongly preferred.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience delivering high-volume, import-ready packaging kits.
• Familiarity with advanced supplier audit standards (ISO/BRCGS).
