Project Manager

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead software development projects, ensuring timely delivery, high quality, and alignment with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborating with global client.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end software development projects following methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, and Scrum
• Lead cross-functional teams including Developers, Testers, and Business Analysts
• Plan, monitor, and control project scope, timeline, resources, and budget
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks effectively
• Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams
• Ensure clear and timely communication with stakeholders, including executives and customers
• Track project progress and provide regular status reports
• Handle changes in project scope, schedule, and resources efficiently
• Allocate and optimize resources to ensure project success
• Resolve issues and conflicts within the team and with stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in software project management
• Proven experience managing software development teams of 10+ members
• Hands-on experience in at least one role in a project (e.g., Developer, Tester, Business Analyst)
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC
• Excellent risk management, resource management, and scheduling skills
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels
• Ability to identify project issues and provide timely reporting

Language Requirements

• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
