Manage the full project lifecycle for Government (GOV) sector projects, ensuring delivery on schedule, within scope, quality standards, and approved budget.
Work directly with stakeholders (IT Departments, government agencies, technical partners) to gather requirements, define project scope, and develop implementation plans.
Collaborate closely with Technical teams, Business Analysts, and QA to ensure solutions meet business requirements and comply with GOV security and compliance standards.
Identify and manage project risks, provide regular progress reports, and propose solutions to issues arising during project execution.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager or Product Owner in software projects, preferably in e-Government, data platforms, or large enterprise systems.
Solid understanding of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies, with strong planning, coordination, and progress tracking skills.
Knowledge of Data Warehouse, ETL, or integrated data systems is a strong advantage.
Strong communication, planning, and problem-solving skills; experience working with government authorities and public sector stakeholders.
Candidates with the ability to provide consulting and advisory services to government clients are highly preferred.
