RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead end-to-end project lifecycle: planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure.
Work with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria.
Create detailed project plans, schedules, resource plans, and risk management strategies.
Manage scope, time, cost, quality, communication, risk, and procurement throughout project life.
Coordinate cross-functional teams (BA, Dev, QA, UI/UX, Infra, etc.) to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring transparent communication and stakeholder satisfaction.
Monitor and report on project progress, performance, and risks to upper management and clients.
Mentor and support junior project managers and team members.
REQUIREMENT
Must-have:
Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related fields.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in IT Project Management, with 3+ years in a senior or lead PM role.
Strong experience with Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
Proven ability to manage projects with multiple stakeholders, especially with offshore/remote teams.
Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Fluent in English (both written and verbal).
Nice-to-have:
PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent certifications.
Experience in F&B, POS, FinTech, Healthcare, or SaaS domains.
Experience working with tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Notion, ClickUp, etc.
Familiarity with DevOps or Cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
COMPENSATIONS AND BENEFITS
Fixed Salary: 45-50M (negotiable)
