This role involves Automation & System Integration Project, and you'll responsible for full-lifecycle project delivery, including planning, scope/cost/risk/quality management, on-site installation and commissioning, supplier coordination, and project acceptance.
It requires strong technical, leadership, and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in Chinese-Vietnamese communication.
Responsibilities:
Manage system integration engineering projects, complete the project implementation plan, including project schedule, technical plan, safety production and quality assurance measures, and timely provide customers with solutions and project progress reports.
Oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring effective coordination of scope, cost, and risk management. Manage project resources both internally and externally, and systematically collect, report, and address issues and optimization opportunities during on-site installation and commissioning.
Manage third-party suppliers. Oversee the management, control, and coordination of subcontractors, ensuring balanced construction through rational scheduling. Arrange personnel, tools, and on-site management for the project. Demonstrate strong hands-on skills to promptly resolve on-site issues.
Strong hands-on ability, able to deal with and solve problems on site in time.
Organize the acceptance of each stage of the project to ensure that the project progress meets the collection of sales proceeds.
Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience in automation engineering project management.
Candidates should demonstrate strong organizational, communication, coordination, and leadership skills, along with excellent problem-solving abilities.
Preference will be given to those with experience in managing large-scale integration/automation projects.
Familiar with electrical knowledge and modern electrical control technology, computer application and network knowledge, familiar with various sensors, electrical control equipment; team management experience is preferred.
Proficient in daily project communicationin Chinese and Vietnamese,English communication skills are preferred.
