Responsibilities
- Initiate projects and develop comprehensive project plans, including project scope, timelines, milestones, and release plans.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners and Technical Leads to define EPICs, product roadmaps, and project structures in Jira.
- Develop and maintain Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), allocate resources effectively, and monitor project execution.
- Track project progress, evaluate delivery performance, and adjust plans to ensure deadlines and quality objectives are achieved.
- Build and maintain dashboards to monitor project status, workload, team capacity, and project risks.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Nexus events (when applicable).
- Manage both internal and outsourced resources while forecasting resource capacity and identifying potential shortages or surpluses.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and change requests throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and clients to align project requirements, priorities, and business objectives.
- Prepare regular project status reports and coordinate product acceptance, delivery, and project closure.
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience managing IT or product development projects.
- Proven experience managing projects involving 20+ team members.
- Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Proficiency with Jira and other Agile project management tools.
- Strong planning, scheduling, execution, and project tracking capabilities.
- Strong analytical thinking with experience in workload management and capacity planning.
- Excellent communication, coordination, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- High sense of ownership, accountability, and commitment to project success.
- Experience coaching Agile teams or facilitating Agile transformation.
- Experience working directly with external clients or customers.
