Key Responsibilities
- Lead project teams and act as the primary owner for successful project delivery.
- Manage project scope, schedule, quality, and cost.
- Handle customer requests, change orders, and issue resolution.
- Quickly learn client business and technical environment.
- Resolve internal and external conflicts throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- Experience:3–5 years of project management in automotive electronics, software, or design.
- Skills: Strong management, communication, and cross-department collaboration; customer-oriented.
- Comprehension: Ability to understand customer needs and leader instructions.
Key Challenges (Must be comfortable with)
- Managing uncertain and changing requirements (especially in design/Kanzi projects).
- Familiarity with automotive / electronics / design / software development.
- Effective communication and conflict resolution both internally and externally.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in design or OEM-facing project management (Kanzi-related is a strong plus).
- Customer communication experience, especially in requirements development/management.
- PMP or similar certification.
- Personal traits: smart, open-minded, diligent, responsible, resilient.
