Role Description
At Inipod, Assistant Project Manager ensure smooth project execution by coordinating tasks, managing resources, and maintaining documentation. They work with customers and teams to analyze requirements and translate them into actionable steps.
Key Responsibilities
- Support client communication to gather and clarify project requirements, ensuring accurate understanding for internal teams.
- Assist in planning project timelines, tracking progress, and coordinating resources under the guidance of the Project Manager.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Design, Development, QA, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Prepare and maintain essential project documentation such as requirement briefs, schedules, meeting summaries, and task breakdowns.
- Help monitor project progress and support in providing regular status updates to clients and the CEO through meetings and written reports.
- Leverage project management tools and AI-based assistants to organize tasks, document workflows, and improve team coordination.
Qualifications
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in project coordination, project management, or a similar role within the IT/software development industry.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with team and customers.
- Languages: Fluent in English (verbal and written).
- Problem Solving: Assist in identifying issues and providing solutions to potential project bottlenecks.
Relevant Skills and Knowledge
- Time Management: Prioritization of tasks to ensure project deadlines are met.
- Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving project environment.
