Currently, we specialize in developing and providing AI products that detect abnormal behaviors in the fields of security and surveillance. Our products have received highly positive feedback from leading real estate companies, building management firms, and major shopping malls in the Japanese market. In Vietnam, our product was ranked in the Top 5 at the AI Awards 2022 organized by VNExpress.
We believe that with this product, the security surveillance industry will become more advanced by integrating AI features without the need to replace existing surveillance camera systems, thereby significantly improving operational efficiency.

WHAT YOU DO
We are looking for a Japanese-speaking Project Manager (PM) with strong leadership skills and a creative approach to business. The PM will lead our development team effectively, productively, and with high quality.
Job details:
- Collaborate with the Head of Product to define product objectives, project scope, roles & responsibilities
- Determine resource needs and manage the availability & allocation of resources both internal and external
- Build the project budget based on requirements and monitor costs to ensure spending is within budget
- Prepare detailed project plans to organize milestones, workflows, and activities
- Manage project execution in alignment with the plan
- Monitor and provide regular reports about project status to the team and stakeholders
- Manage and adjust to changes in project scope, schedule, and/or budget
- Identify and mitigate potential risks
- Manage relationships and communication with all stakeholders, ensuring project delivery meets expectations
Required Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in project management
- Strong technical skills and solid understanding of software development
- Business and commercial acumen with excellent stakeholder management skills
- Analytical skills to accurately identify risks and resolve problems arising in projects
- Good time management with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication skills for stakeholder management & conflict resolution
- Effective teamwork and leadership skills to motivate project teams
- Product and market-oriented mindset
- Experience working in startups and driving products to PMF (Product-Market Fit) stage
- Business-level Japanese proficiency (minimum JLPT N2) mandatory
Preferred Skills and Experience
- PMP certification
- Experience working in multinational companies
