KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Project leadership & Delivery excellence: Lead impactful initiatives from Discovery to Delivery. Our projects require strong coordination across multiple functions and we need to ensure that real value is delivered to Home Credit's customers.
- Portfolio Management: Ensure projects align with business goals and provide insights to help Exco prioritize projects that will deliver the most value to our customers.
- Ensure alignment: Bring clarity to goals, processes, and plans. Ensure Roles & Responsibilities are agreed, facilitate regular project sync ups to ensure stakeholders are aligned and foster collaboration across all departments.
- Manage risks and change: Anticipate challenges, mitigate risks by giving viable solution options, and enable teams to adapt quickly to change in a dynamic regulated environment.
- Communicate with impact: Provide clear, concise, and compelling project updates to senior stakeholders, ensuring transparency and building trust. Escalate issues early and demonstrate ownership by actively driving resolution, building confidence that challenges will be managed effectively.
REQUIREMENTS
- Experienced in Project Management related position
- Working experience in CFC/Banking/Fintech/Healthcare/Medical/etc industry
- Prior experience in projects governed by regulatory requirements, with direct collaboration with Legal/Compliance, or Risk teams is a good plus
- Risk in mind, good presentation skill, logical thinking, problem solving, good collaboration and stakeholder management
- Fluent English communication
