Intro
Ecotek is leading Ecoparks development of becoming an Exemplary Smart City model of Vietnam pursuant to the Ministry of Constructions approval. To achieve this feat, the corporation has identified digital transformation as one of their key goals moving forward, conducted through the digitization and digitalization of operational management, establishment of a digital service partner network, and development of core services.
We have developed and deployed our first version of a City O/S in Ecopark township and are now ready to bring our core product to other real estate developments and townships. We are now looking for a Project manager or project coordinator to take responsibility for managing multiple projects or a big account.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain customer relationships, after-sales support, upsell/cross-sell services
- Receive requests from customers, analyze business operations, coordinate with technical team to provide appropriate solutions.
- Create project implementation plans, including timeline, resources, budget, risks and specific goals.
- Analyze customer needs, propose and present corresponding software/service solutions.
- Consult, quote, demo products, support negotiations and sign contracts.
- Accompany the sales department in building long-term relationships with customers, implementing after-sales policies, caring for and increasing contract value.
- Implement product introduction content, proposals, capacity profiles or bids.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in project management in the field of IT, software or light electricity.
- Good logical thinking, solution-oriented thinking, critical thinking
- Good communication, negotiation and solution presentation skills.
- Experience working directly with customers.
- Ability to analyze customer requirements and convert them into specific technical plans.
- Participate in the UAT process, perform acceptance procedures, support project document completion.
- Have a service mindset: put customer experience and needs first.
- Understand and participate in the sales process, from approach - consulting - closing deals - after-sales - contract expansion.
- Ability to synthesize, write documents, and report clearly on projects.
- Have English communication skills
