Job Description
- Develop project plans and roadmaps aligned with business goals and technical feasibility
- Break down objectives into detailed tasks and manage schedules using Agile or Waterfall frameworks
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams: developers, QA, designers, business teams
- Monitor progress, anticipate risks, and keep all stakeholders aligned
- Manage scope, timeline, and cost changes through appropriate processes
- Ensure smooth execution from kick-off to delivery, with milestone reviews
- Proactively troubleshoot blockers and performance issues during development
- Report on project status with transparency and solution-oriented thinking
- Suggest process improvements, and contribute to team-wide PM practices
What are we looking for
- Bachelors degree preferred but we value mindset, passion, and proven experience even more
- 2+ years of experience in software project management (required)
- Strong understanding of PM methodologies (Agile/Scrum, Waterfall)
- Well-organized, detail-oriented with analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Effective in stakeholder communication, timeline control, and conflict handling
- Fluent in English especially in cross-team collaboration and client discussions
- Familiar with tools like Jira, Confluence, or other PM platforms
Nice To Have
- Background in software development or technical fields
- Experience working at IT outsourcing companies
- PMI-ACP/PMP certification
- Strong consulting and client-facing skills
