JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Execute the Project Development in a cost-effective and efficient manner.
- Disseminate and translate organization's goals and directions to department's personnel.
- Be responsible for the appointment of Project Consultants and Contractors.
- Be responsible for project Planning and Review:
+ Ensure that designs submitted by consultants meet requirements.
+ Ensure that materials and equipment proposed by consultants meet requirements.
+ Set design guidelines and checklists.
+ Ensure that tender documents are prepared and tenders are called timely.
- Project Management:
+ Ensure all projects are kept within schedule and approved budget as well as constructed as per specified quality.
+ Manage the site construction works and documentation efficiently and comply with the requirements pertaining to the Quality Management System.
+ Chair the consultants meeting
+ Advise on authority requirements in project management.
+ Maintain data resource system in project management aspect.
+ Update the management on the progress of the construction works.
+ Coordinate with various departments (Business Development, Project Development, Sales and Marketing, Finance) to make technical decision pertaining to the department concerned.
+ Follow and implement the Environmental Management System (ISO 14001) and the Environment, Health and Safety Management System of the Company.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum Bachelor degree in Architecture/ Engineering / Construction Management from a recognized university.
- At least 3-5 years experience at the same position. Experience in residential projects will be an advantage
- Speaking, reading and writing English fluently; proficiently in Microsoft office, AutoCAD related software.
- Having management and leadership skills, be able to work flexible under high pressure, creative minded and be able to solve problems independently with good results.
- Possess good knowledge in project planning and construction of buildings preferably in high-rise development.
- Highly organized and detail-orientated.
- Abilities to work in demanding and multi-tasking environments.
