Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain technical standards, product documentation, and quality procedures aligned with global best practices.
- Build and optimize installation and construction workflows for various product lines and project scopes.
- Lead project execution from planning to handover, ensuring quality, safety, timeline, and cost targets.
- Supervise site teams and contractors to ensure consistent technical performance across markets.
- Control material quality, monitor installation processes, and conduct final inspections before project completion.
- Provide technical support, handle warranty assessments, and resolve project-related technical issues.
- Deliver internal and external training on product knowledge, installation techniques, and quality control.
- Collaborate with sales and business teams on bidding packages, technical submissions, and project support.
Qualifications- College or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Economics, M&E, or related fields.
- 58 years of experience in construction, engineering, technical operations, or project management.
- Minimum 3 years in site supervision, site management, or construction coordination.
- Construction supervision certificate is an advantage.
- Experience working with developers, consultants, main contractors, or subcontractors.
- Experience in interior, fit-out, or furniture projects is a plus.
- Strong understanding of international construction standards and QC processes.
- Proficient in MS Office and technical tools such as AutoCAD, Etabs, or similar software.
