JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team. This role is for a self-starter who is passionate about delivering exceptional results and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will be instrumental in leading complex projects from concept to completion, ensuring a culture of high alignment, loose coupling, where you provide the contex and framework for success, empowering the entire team to execute with precision and autonomy.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- As the Directly Responsible Individual (DRI), you will take full ownership of the projects, driving them forward and ensuring successful delivery on time and within scope. This includes defining project goals, creating detailed project plans, and managing resources effectively.
- Orchestration of Cross-Functional Execution. Responsible for creating and enforcing a detailed project plan, managing timelines, identifying and mitigating risks and ensuring all teams external and internal team are aligned. This prevents costly delays and scope creep that can derail new product launches.
- Insights and Data. Provide structured, data-backed input on customer requirements to the product management team, ensuring external insights are considered while minimally disrupting the product roadmap.
- Security and Regulatory Compliance Management. Ensure the project adheres to all relevant security protocols and regulatory requirements. Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure solutions, services or product launch.
- Problem-solving and Innovation. Tackle complex and ambiguous problems head-on. You will be expected to find innovative solutions, challenge the status quo and recommend new approaches to improve workflows and outcomes.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Masters degree preferred.
- More than 3 years of Project Management Experience in a technology or product-driven environment
- Proficient in project management methodologies (e.g Agile, Scrum, Kanban), enabling technologies (e.g Jira, Confluence, Microsoft productivity tools) and strong understanding of project management principles.
- Demonstrated experience providing structured input into an agile product roadmap and participated in ceremonies like backlog grooming.
- Good communication skills. Ability to write and converse in Vietnamese and English.
- Self-Starter mentality. You are highly accountable and take initiative, thriving in a culture that values autonomy and ownership.
- Business Acumen and Adaptability. Ability to navigate ambiguity and change with a positive attitude.
