ABOUT THE JOB
- Lead end-to-end IT projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and budget.
- Define project objectives, scope, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless project execution.
- Develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, and manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring proactive resolution.
- Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and senior management.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and industry best practices.
- Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and methodologies.
ABOUT YOU
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related technical fields, or equivalent experience in the IT industry.
- Minimum 7 years of professional experience in IT, with at least 5 years as a Project Manager in large corporate settings.
- Experience in banking domains, with a strong understanding of banking processes and regulatory requirements
- Proficient in English to facilitate collaboration among diverse international stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience in managing software development teams and other cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience in identifying, evaluating, and documenting policies, processes, and controls.
