Project Manager

ABOUT THE JOB

• Lead end-to-end IT projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and budget.
• Define project objectives, scope, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless project execution.
• Develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, and manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring proactive resolution.
• Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and senior management.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and industry best practices.
• Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and methodologies.

ABOUT YOU

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related technical fields, or equivalent experience in the IT industry.
• Minimum 7 years of professional experience in IT, with at least 5 years as a Project Manager in large corporate settings.
• Experience in banking domains, with a strong understanding of banking processes and regulatory requirements
• Proficient in English to facilitate collaboration among diverse international stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience in managing software development teams and other cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience in identifying, evaluating, and documenting policies, processes, and controls.
