Job Description:

  • Conduct thorough analyses and deep dives into issues to identify root causes and opportunities for improvement &/or problem solving for the business
  • Evaluate options for improvement initiatives both quantitatively and qualitatively, utilising sound data and business logic
  • Design detailed implementation plans, including timelines, associated costs, and stakeholders involved
  • Proactively project-manage progress across multiple teams including Product, Local and Regional teams, ensuring timely completion of milestones and escalations when necessary
  • Display a hands-on approach to project management, actively engaging in ground operations to implement improvements and address challenges creatively
  • Communicate project updates, timelines, and issues to stakeholders and team members effectively
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and successful implementation of initiatives
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of implemented solutions, making adjustments as necessary to optimise outcomes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline preferred, preferably with an analytical component
  • Proficiency in Python and SQL for data analysis and reporting is advantageous
  • Demonstrate a deep curiosity and passion for solving problems, coupled with a relentless drive to develop innovative solutions and create impact
  • Showcase strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to understand perspectives from various stakeholders and collaboratively find solutions that meet the needs of all parties involved
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, essential for effectively conveying project updates, challenges, and solutions to stakeholders at all levels
  • Embrace a collaborative mindset and excel in team-oriented environments, fostering effective communication and cooperation among team members to achieve project goals
  • Maintain meticulous attention to detail throughout the project management process, ensuring accuracy and precision in planning, execution, and monitoring of initiatives
  • Demonstrate adaptability and resilience in navigating through dynamic project environments, adept at adjusting strategies and approaches to overcome unexpected obstacles and achieve project objectives
