The Role

As an Account Executive, you own the flow of the project, from brief to delivery. You're in the middle of everything: client, internal team, vendors and timelines.
You don't just track progress. You make sure things happen, in the right direction, at the right quality, on time.

What You'll Do
- Translate client briefs into clear internal debriefs
- Work directly with clients and manage expectations across scope, timeline, and budget
- Coordinate between internal teams and external partners to keep projects running smoothly
- Support proposal development, quotations, and project-related documentation
- Track performance and project progress continuously
- Prepare reports as guided by Account Manager / Director
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields
- 1–2 years of experience in an agency (preferred) or in-house marketing with multi-channel exposure
- Hands-on experience in project coordination between clients and internal teams
- Familiar with quotation building, basic PnL, and debriefing
- Comfortable working in English
- Able to read and understand basic performance reports
- Strong sense of ownership and proactiveness
- Solid skills in Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets) or PowerPoint
- Bonus: content thinking or ads operation experience
