Job Description:

Manage third-party vendors, including sourcing, negotiation, contract drafting, and onboarding.
Monitor vendor performance and prepare periodic reports (1-2 times/month).
Handle acceptance reports, payment documents, and coordinate with Finance for accurate and timely payments.
Manage payment documentation for paid channels (SIM, SMS, ZNS).
Support monthly driver recruitment incentive programs (including documentation, participant list consolidation, and approval processes).
Create PR/PO, track approvals, and ensure timely payouts.
Maintain proper documentation and internal records.
Support recruitment operations (e.g., sourcing, application review) and collaborate with cross-functional teams on ad-hoc tasks.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related fields
1+ year of experience in Admin, HR Ops, Payment, or Vendor Management
Experience in contracts, negotiation, or cost management is a plus
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills (Finance, Tax, Legal, etc.)
Detail-oriented, well-organized, and comfortable with data and reports
Proactive, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Sheets
