Project Coordinator

Job Summary:

This is a full-time, onsite position based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, with occasional night shifts on a rotating basis (This is due to our need for coverage across different time zones.) We are seeking for a detail-oriented and proactive English Subtitling Project Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of subtitling projects, from initiation to final delivery, ensure projects are completed on time, meet quality standards. This role is also in charge of monitoring resources and performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management

Manage end-to-end subtitling projects - from receiving project to final delivery.

• Create project timelines, define scope, and assign the right internal and external resources based on client needs.
• Monitor project progress, troubleshoot issues, and keep everything on track.
• Ensure final deliveries are on time and meet quality expectations.

Quality & Metrics Monitoring

• Monitor clients metrics and make sure quality standards are being met.
• When needed, conduct post-project reviews and suggest ways to improve workflows and performance.

Resource Monitoring

• Monitor the utilization of resource pools to ensure sufficient capacity is available for current and upcoming projects.

• Strong project management experience - ideally in subtitling, localization, or a media-related field.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
• A business-oriented mindset is a great advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

• A degree in Linguistics, Media, Translation, Project Management, or a related field.
• High level of English proficiency, both written and spoken.
• Background or interest in media, film, linguistics, or translation is a plus.
