Project Coordinator Intern

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Monitor the progress and tasks according to the set process;
• Understand and transfer system requirements from customers to the team as well as support team members to send questions to customers and follow up, handle and solve problems;
• Check, confirm the tasks are completed before releasing the demo - the final version of the product;
• Manage files and lists related to work; Manage meeting schedule with customers;
• Support superiors in performing work-related organizational activities;
• Summarize the situation and respond to customers;
• Fully report daily work to superiors and customers; Fully inform the problems related to team members, projects, customers, and others;

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Graduated/final year university student majoring in Economics, English Language, IT, Information Systems, or related majors;
• Fluent English, 4 skills in English equivalent to 6.5 IELTS or 850 TOEIC, having a certificate is preferred;
• Organizational skills, work organization;
• Good communication skill;
• Personal laptop is required;
• Be able to work full-time;
