Job Description:

Execute day-to-day operations of KOL programs, ensuring programs launch on time and run smoothly.
Manage incentive mechanics, reward distribution, and related processes with accuracy and transparency.
Coordinate program timelines, internal processes, and documentation to maintain alignment across teams.
Work with cross-functional teams (Finance, Product, Marketing, etc.) to ensure smooth program operations.
Proactively update workflows and processes as programs evolve
Other projects & tasks assigned by team lead.

Requirements:

1-2 years of experience in operations, program management, or influencer/KOL management (preferred)
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities
Able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders
Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets and Google Slide
