Program Design & Execution: Support the design, setup, and launch of specialized marketing programs to drive platform growth, engagement, and conversion among sellers and buyers.
Performance Analysis: Track and analyze program performance using key metrics and user feedback to generate insights and recommend data-driven optimizations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate closely with Product, Operations, Marketing, and Finance teams to ensure seamless program execution, backend setup, and internal alignment.
Operational Support: Manage day-to-day program operations, including accurate configuration, onboarding flows, and campaign readiness, to ensure smooth delivery.
Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies in workflows, propose solutions, and help implement scalable improvements to enhance program impact and execution speed.
Reporting & Documentation: Maintain clear records, dashboards, and documentation for program timelines, tracking, and internal reporting as initiatives evolve.
Requirements
1 year experience in e-commerce, program planning, category analyst
Proficient in Excel/Sheets, portal management
Strong attention to detail, organized, and able to manage timelines
