Production Supervisor

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Control production lines to align with production plan and achieve output targets/ Kim sot dy chuyn sn xut ph hp vi k hoch sn xut v t c mc tiu sn lng.
• Follow shipment plan closely/ Tun th cht ch k hoch vn chuyn.
• Training employees and ensure labor safety/ o to nhn vin v m bo an ton lao ng.
• Ensure the products meet quality and food safety standards/ m bo sn phm t tiu chun cht lng v an ton thc phm
• Conserve goods, protect goods from damage/loss/contamination/ Bo qun hng ha, bo v hng ha khi h hng/mt mt/nhim bn
• Control machinery and equipment to run safely/ iu khin my mc, thit b vn hnh an ton
• Ensure workers obey regulations of company, labour safety, HACCP, CCP, procedures and work instructions/ m bo cng nhn tun th cc quy nh ca cng ty, an ton lao ng, HACCP, CCP, cc quy trnh v hng dn cng vic
• Ensure that reports are honest, on time and exact/ m bo bo co trung thc, ng thi gian v chnh xc.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

• University degree: Technology in food/chemical/mechanical/production/ Trnh i hc: Cng ngh thc phm/ha cht/c kh/sn xut
• From at least 02 years of relevant experience in production in FMCG/Food industry or others/ C t nht 02 nm kinh nghim lin quan v tr sn xut trong ngnh FMCG/Thc phm hoc ngnh khc.
• Good managerial skills/ K nng qun l tt
• Well English communication/ Giao tip ting Anh tt
• Good knowledge in quality standards HACCP, ISO.../ C kin thc tt v tiu chun cht lng HACCP, ISO...
