Main Role:Production Planning Supervisoris responsible for ensuring orders are shipped on time and production efficiency is maximized according to the capacity of each sewing line. In addition, production planning is also responsible for scheduling and monitoring the timely delivery and receipt of dyeing/washing goods, notifying the QC and Finishing departments of priority orders, planning and tracking inspection schedules by third parties (3rd party) so that relevant departments can coordinate accordingly. Furthermore, the production planner must closely monitor the finished goods warehouse to ensure optimal capacity utilization and facilitate smooth shipment processes
- Gather information from the Planning Manager regarding orders in process. Coordinate with him and Production manager to allocate styles to sewing lines
- Plan sewing lines based on synchronized material plans from the Pre-production Plan, Raw Material Plan, item lead times, and shipment dates
- Based on the Master Plan and ERP system, schedule inspections for QC, Dye/Wash delivery , plan for the Finishing department, and schedule third-party inspections
- Monitor finished goods warehouse reports and work with related departments to balance input/output quantities, warehouse capacity, and peak shipment periods during the month
- Monitor and update daily/weekly/monthly reports, and coordinate with relevant departments to propose solutions, ensuring orders stay on schedule
- Support Planning manater to update the production schedule and all information concerning to production.
- Other assigned task by Planning Manager
Requirements:
Education:University degree
Experience: Having 3-4 years experience working in the garment/manufacturing industry in the same position
Knowledge:Understand the work of the parts such as: technical - stamping, cutting, sewing, finishing
