Job Description

FinX aims to build a digital financial product that will deliver on the promise of simplicity, technological advancement, and superior customer products & services for millions of people in Vietnam.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the product backlog, prioritizing features by business impact, user feedback, and technical feasibility.
  • Define and communicate the product roadmap aligned with strategy and technical capabilities.
  • Write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and ensure backlog refinement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to validate requirements and influence decisions with data-driven insights.
  • Bridge business and tech teams through workshops, feedback consolidation, and requirement alignment.
  • Lead agile delivery: sprint planning, estimation discipline, goal clarity, retrospectives, and progress tracking.
  • Optimize workflows and internal processes by redesigning forms, flows, and automating repetitive tasks.
  • Ensure data integrity, access control, and compliance with security, masking, and audit requirements.
  • Oversee testing and UAT: create test cases, coordinate timelines, analyze feedback, and manage go-live sign-off.
  • Provide training, documentation, and post-release metrics tracking to support continuous improvement.

Qualification and Requirements

  • 24 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or solution design.
  • Proven experience managing features or modules in mobile or internal platforms.
  • Familiarity with banking, fintech, or digital services environments is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, user story writing, and backlog grooming.
  • Experience working with development teams on API-based platforms.
  • Able to read technical specs, wireframes, and interpret database or log data.
  • Understanding of release management, version control, and production readiness practices.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills across business and tech roles.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving approach in ambiguous or changing conditions.
  • Ability to balance user needs with platform constraints.
  • Influencing and negotiation skills when prioritizing trade-offs.
