Job Overview:

As a Product Owner at MOOVTEK, you will act as a critical link between stakeholders, customers, and our agile development teams. Your primary responsibility will be defining, prioritizing, and executing the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with MOOVTEK's strategic goals and customer needs.

Responsibilities:
  • Define and communicate product vision, roadmap, and objectives aligned with company strategy.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including management, UX/UI designers, and development teams, to identify and define product requirements.
  • Manage and prioritize product backlog, ensuring clarity, feasibility, and alignment with customer expectations and business objectives.
  • Create detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and product documentation.
  • Lead sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, and retrospectives, actively contributing to an effective Agile development process.
  • Coordinate closely with QA teams to ensure product quality and facilitate timely feedback loops.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to drive product innovation.
  • Analyze product performance, gather customer feedback, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries and clarifications from internal teams.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a Product Owner or similar role within agile product development teams.
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated experience creating and managing product backlogs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Trello, Notion).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to make informed decisions.
  • Passion for innovation, technology trends, and the transportation industry.
  • Must possess a valid Vietnamese car driver license (B2).
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent agile certification.
  • Experience in mobile application development or transportation/ride-hailing platforms.
  • Technical background or familiarity with software engineering concepts.
