Job Description
1. Product Strategy & Vision
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for assigned digital products.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and technology trend evaluation (especially in retail, pharmaceuticals, and digital healthcare) to identify new product opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with senior stakeholdersExecutive Leadership, Business, Operations, and Financeto ensure product alignment with Long Chu's overall business goals.
2. Requirements Management & Prioritization
- Collect, analyze, and document detailed business requirements into User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and Prototypes.
- Manage and continuously optimize the Product Backlog, ensuring items are prioritized based on Business Value, complexity, and risk.
3. Development Collaboration
- Act as the single source of truth between business teams and the Development/Scrum Team.
- Make timely and accurate decisions on emerging issues during development (e.g., trade-offs between Scope, Time, and Quality).
- Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure product delivery meets all acceptance criteria.
4. Measurement & Optimization
- Define and track key product KPIs (e.g., Conversion Rate, Feature Adoption, NPS/CSAT, Transaction Processing Time, Digital Revenue Growth, etc.).
- Apply data-driven decision-making to analyze user behavior and product performance, and propose continuous improvements, including A/B testing.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager; experience in Retail, Pharmaceuticals/Healthcare, or high-speed Digital Transformation environments is preferred.
- Extensive experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies; PSPO/CSPO certification is a plus.
- Experience with core systems such as POS, ERP, CRM, or Loyalty Programs is a strong advantage.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Product Backlog management tools (Jira, Trello, Azure DevOps, etc.) and design tools (Wireframe/Mock-up).
- Ability to read and analyze data using tools such as Google Analytics, Firebase, SQL, or Power BI is a plus.
- Strong Product Mindset and solid Business Acumen.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills across different levels (from Dev Teams to C-Level).
- Ability to work independently, handle high pressure, and adapt quickly in fast-changing digital transformation environments.
