Job Description:

Manage evaluation guidelines and monthly evaluation process of User Experience.
Training, Productivity & Quality control of Local Ops.
Product Management of operational internal tools.
Label text, images, and videos critical to the development of machine learning algorithms.
Perform testing and Quality Control to evaluate the quality of search & recommendation & ads features.
Review bad cases and collect product feedback to identify issues with Search & Recommendation & Ads.
Provide insights on local market's contexts, trends, and performance.
Other operational tasks and projects to improve operational efficiency.
1 year contract role with possibility of extension based on performance and business needs.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Strong communication skills (verbal and written), with the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
Able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Strong executional skills and attention to details.
Strong ownership, able to get things done reliably.
Good command of Excel/Google Sheet.
Proficiency in Vietnamese (required) to facilitate cross-border communications and collaborations with local stakeholders.
