Job Description:
Payment/Settlement Operation
- Settlement Management: Ensuring that our sellers escrow is paid out accurately and timely (Daily/Weekly).
- Error Resolution: Actively troubleshooting why a payment failed (e.g., incorrect bank details, system glitches) and fixing it before the seller complains
- Accuracy: Reconciling data to ensure the payout matches the actual sales minus fees.
Process Optimization & Automation
- Pain Point Identification: Spotting where manual work is slowing things down.
- Cross Functional Collaboration: Working with Product and business teams to build reliable tools that eliminate manual entry or repetitive support tickets. Act as a liaison among BU operation teams to optimize existing enablement programs and build new initiatives to quickly address identified readiness gaps.
- Build Best Practices: Build best practice sharing program to replicate best practices across business units and regions.
Project Management Lifecycle
- When the company wants to launch a new feature (like a new payment method or a new country market), work with product and lead that transition using a standard project lifecycle.

Requirements:
- 2+ years of working experience Degree in Business, Engineering or relevant disciplines
- Ability to independently lead projects, engage in discussions with various internal & external stakeholders, and see them through to completion
- Bilingual in Korean and English with good verbal and written skills to facilitate cross-border discussions and collaborations across stakeholder
- Great understanding of product and system and has good ability to write in documentation
- Self-motivated, proactive in learning, and able to deliver quality work while meeting deadlines
- Analytical, data-driven, and detail-oriented Experience in Excel is a must, VBA and SQL are plus
- Enthusiasm for Southeast Asia and e-commerce are plus
