ROLE PURPOSE
MangoPlus is continuously expanding and strengthening its position as a leading entertainment application in Asia. As a Product Marketing Executive, you will play an important role in driving the growth of MangoPlus through user acquisition, user retention, and revenue optimization.
You will work closely with the Product Marketing Manager and the MangoPlus team to execute marketing campaigns and optimize in-app content operations. Together with the team, you will contribute to product-led growth by developing and implementing features and activities that enhance user engagement and retention, while also ensuring the successful execution of marketing campaigns to achieve business goals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Research, Analysis, and Planning
- Analyze user trends, competitor activities, and audience needs on the MangoPlus platform in order to propose strategies and improve the in-app user experience.
- Support the team lead in planning marketing campaigns, including promotional activities, product content, and user acquisition strategies.
2. Execution
- Optimize in-app merchandising and content display, ensuring the arrangement and presentation of content assets such as films, shows, shorts, posters, banners, and content modules are aligned with weekly, monthly, and campaign priorities.
- Develop in-app communication content and coordinate internal advertising placements such as welcome ads and promotional banners.
- Plan and execute campaign activities according to approved plans, including: (1) Briefing and coordinating the production of exclusive derivative content for campaigns; (2) Briefing and coordinating offline events; (3) Briefing and coordinating merchandise production for programs and campaigns;
- Operating campaign schemes, mechanics, and engagement activities within campaigns/events.
- Act as a coordinator across related teams such as Content, Product, Design, Content Production, and Partners to ensure all deliverables are executed on time, meet requirements, and remain aligned with campaign objectives.
- Monitor implementation progress, proactively resolve issues, and update the team lead on execution status.
- Support other campaign and in-app marketing tasks as assigned.
3. Analysis and Reporting
- Track, analyze, and prepare reports on campaign performance.
- Provide recommendations to optimize campaign effectiveness and improve the product experience.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Educational Background
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields.
Relevant Experience
- At least 1–2 years of experience in marketing or communications, preferably within entertainment platforms or mobile applications.
Management Skills
- Strong self-management and time management skills to ensure assigned tasks are delivered on time and with high quality.
Functional Skills
- Strong writing skills with the ability to produce clear, concise, and purposeful copy optimized for in-app user experience.
- Analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Planning and execution skills.
- Presentation and persuasion skills.
- Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office tools and especially the ability to present ideas and plans clearly through Google Slides, Google Sheets, and Google Docs.
- Basic knowledge of design tools such as Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, and Illustrator to facilitate collaboration and evaluation when working with the design team.
- Good communication and negotiation skills to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Ability to write and communicate in English.
