Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Managing Director, ensuring all secretarial and organizational requirements are effectively met.
Handle confidential correspondence, manage travel arrangements including flights, visas, and hotel reservations with a high level of accuracy and discretion.
Coordinate and schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes in a timely and organized manner.
Deliver translation and interpretation support for the Managing Director (English – Vietnamese) to facilitate clear and effective communication.
Act as a key liaison between the Managing Director and external parties, including suppliers and government authorities.
Oversee driver management, including scheduling transportation, coordinating pick-up and drop-off arrangements, and ensuring smooth daily mobility.
Assist in hosting guests, coordinating reception logistics, and supporting business travel arrangements.
Undertake special projects and ad-hoc assignments as required, maintaining flexibility and professionalism.
Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and integrity at all times.

5 years of experience in Office Administration
At least a Bachelor's Degree in Secretariat, Business Administration, English or equivalent.
