Job Description

We are seeking a strategic and visionary Product Manager to spearhead the initiatives for Zing MP3. This role demands a blend of analytical acumen and creative thinking to drive product strategy, enhance user engagement, and deliver the best experience for users. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align product features with our overall business objectives and ensure Zing MP3 remains a leader in the digital music space.

Role Description

Define product vision & strategy

  • Own the long-term product vision and strategy for Zing MP3, balancing user experience, content ecosystem, and monetization;
  • Identify growth opportunities across streaming experience, discovery, creator ecosystem, and subscriptions;
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and user insights to guide product direction.

Drive product development & innovation

  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation, roadmap planning, development, to launch and optimization;
  • Ensure continuous improvement of core experiences including music streaming, playlist discovery, social features, and personalization;
  • Champion data-driven experimentation to improve engagement, retention, and product-market fit.

Grow engagement and monetization

  • Define strategies to increase user acquisition, retention, and listening time.
  • Develop and optimize monetization models including subscriptions, advertising, and premium content experiences.
  • Monitor product performance metrics and continuously optimize conversion funnels.

Lead Product & Content Operations

  • Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing Product Management team;
  • Manage the Content Operations team responsible for music catalog operations, playlist curation, and content quality;
  • Ensure strong alignment between product development, content strategy, and licensing partnerships.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in Product Management or related roles in digital platforms, media, or consumer tech;
  • Proven experience leading large-scale consumer products with millions of users;
  • Experience managing product teams and cross-functional organizations;
  • Strong product thinking with the ability to balance user experience, content ecosystem, and business outcomes;
  • Experience driving growth, engagement, and monetization strategies in digital products;
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data insights into product decisions;
  • Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams;
  • Strong stakeholder management and ability to align multiple teams around a common product vision;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
