Job Description:
Remitano is looking for a Product Manager(Mid Level) with at least 3 years of experience to drive measurable business growth through structured experimentation. This role owns defined growth metrics and focuses on improving them through disciplined, hypothesis-driven testing. The ideal candidate combines strong commercial thinking with rigorous experimentation practices to identify, validate, and scale high-impact growth opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Business & Growth Ownership
- Develop deep understanding of Remitano's revenue model and growth mechanics.
- Identify high-impact growth levers across user segments.
- Analyze funnels and behavioral data to uncover bottlenecks that materially affect revenue and engagement.
- Prioritize initiatives based on expected business impact, not feature output.
Hypothesis & Experimentation
- Translate business opportunities into clear, testable growth hypotheses aligned with measurable revenue impact.
- Design and execute structured experiments with defined success metrics, decision criteria, and tracking discipline.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Design to convert prioritized hypotheses into outcome-focused PRDs.
- Run rapid experimentation cycles (A/B tests, funnel optimizations, pricing experiments, feature iterations).
- Analyze results rigorously and make clear, data-driven decisions.
- Continuously optimize critical user journeys such as KYC, payment, and transaction flows to improve conversion and product performance.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Partner with Engineering, Data, Marketing, and Operations to align on growth priorities and focus efforts on high-impact initiatives.
- Communicate experiment insights and business implications clearly to support aligned, data-driven decision-making across teams.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in fintech, crypto, or high-growth consumer platforms.
- Strong experience analyzing funnels and product metrics.
- Proven track record running structured experiments (A/B testing, funnel optimization).
- Strong business acumen with growth mindset.
- Ability to prioritize high-impact initiatives under uncertainty.
- Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving.
- Excellent cross-functional communication skills.
- Strong interest in crypto, blockchain, or fintech is a plus.
