Job Title: Senior Product Manager (AI / ML Platform)

Salary: Up to USD 2,500 gross/month

Type: Full-time, in-office (Mon-Fri 09:00 17:00).

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead product development for an AI-driven platform supporting biotech and pharmaceutical R&D workflows. This role focuses on building scalable SaaS and ML-powered products used by scientists, engineers, and research leaders.

You will work in an international deep-tech environment connected to global partners, including research collaboration networks across Singapore and other innovation hubs.

• Own and manage the product backlog and roadmap for ML/platform products.
• Translate user needs from scientists, ML engineers, and R&D leaders into user stories, specs, and wireframes.
• Run product discovery activities including user interviews, usability testing, and data analysis.
• Work closely with engineering, AI, DevOps, QA, and design teams to deliver production-ready features.
• Manage pilot customers, onboarding programs, and convert feedback into product improvements.
• Track product KPIs such as usage, onboarding time, and system performance.
• Lead stakeholder communication, product demos, and leadership reporting.
• Ensure compliance, governance, and data security requirements are reflected in product decisions.
• Support customer-facing documentation, including onboarding materials and product guides.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and help engineering teams remove delivery blockers.

Must-Have:

• Bachelor's degree in technical, business, or life science fields.
• 5+ years of Product Management experience in B2B or SaaS products.
• At least 2+ years working with AI / ML products or computational platforms.
• Experience working with science or complex technology products.
• Strong experience running pilot customers and early product adoption programs.
• Strong analytical mindset with KPI tracking, experimentation, and data-driven decision making.
• Strong stakeholder management across technical and business teams.
• Experience working with regulated industries (pharma, clinical, or similar).
• Experience with platform or developer products (API, SDK, or platform tooling).
• Fluent in Vietnamese and English communication.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with ML lifecycle, model registry, or MLOps concepts.
• Background in biotech, drug discovery, or life science R&D environments.
