B-Anywhere is an early-stage venture incubated within Bayer Crop Science. We're building an AI-powered content enginethat helps agri advisors of different types create localized agronomy content for smallholder farmers across Asia. You'll join a regional digital innovation team operating with startup speed inside a global Fortune 500 environment.
We have a working prototype being piloted in 3 countries with strong early traction. The next phase is critical: turning this prototype into a production-grade, enterprise-ready AI product that can scale across Asia.
What You'll Do
- Own the product end-to-end: define roadmap, align stakeholders, and drive execution from prototype to production
- Lead delivery across in-house engineers & external tech vendor (scope, cadence, quality, technical trade-offs)
- Lead product discovery across countries: customer insights, experiments, adoption metrics, and rapid iteration
- Ensure scale readiness: frontline usability and enterprise standards (security/compliance, data residency, SSO, audit trails)
What You Bring
- 7+ years product management experience shipping and scaling products
- Strong enterprise product experience (particularly with security reviews, compliance, governance)
- Track record of scaling products across markets
- Comfortable managing vendors and cross-functional delivery
- Passionate about solving real problems for rural or underserved populations
- Excited about early-stage product development, experimentation, and rapid iteration
- (Bonus) Technical fluency to evaluate architecture choices
- (Bonus) Experience with AI products & content platforms
