We are looking for talented and driven Product Managers to join our growing team across several strategic product domains:
A. PLATFORM
As a Platform Product Manager, you will take ownership of one or more product areas, driving end-to-end product development and delivering impactful solutions that align with business goals and user needs.
You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to build scalable, data-informed products that fuel growth, efficiency and user satisfaction. Strong focus on scalability, operational efficiency, and leveraging AI-driven technologies to optimize order allocation, routing, and dispatch strategies. You ll also lead building scalableAPIs, orchestrating backend workflows, and ensuring seamless collaboration between internal services and external partners.
B. FOOD/ CONSUMER
As a Product Manager Consumer, you will take end-to-end ownership of the consumer application, shaping its vision, strategy, and execution to deliver seamless, engaging, and value-driven experiences for millions of users. You will be responsible for building user-centric features, driving demand generation, and converting leads into bookings and transactions that contribute directly to business growth.
C. SUPPLY
As a Product Manager Supply, you will take end-to-end ownership of platforms and applications that support the full driver lifecycle from application, onboarding, and daily operations as well as asset management systems covering vehicles and related resources. You will shape the vision, strategy, and execution to empower drivers, optimize fleet utilization, and strengthen asset lifecycle management. By enabling operational excellence and supply readiness, you will directly contribute to sustainable growth and service quality across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Own the lifecycle of payment products: design, development, testing, release, and operations, ensuring global adaptability.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, designers, engineers, and analysts to define clear product
roadmaps and translate them into actionable plans.
Collaborate with business teams to deliver solutions tailored to specific needs and innovate continuously.
Manage cross-functional teams to ensure efficient product delivery and alignment across markets.
Address regulatory issues, analyze data, and incorporate user feedback to improve product competitiveness and user satisfaction.
Define and monitor key product metrics, identify trends, and implement optimization plans to enhance product capabilities.
Qualifications:
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams.
Able to coordinate with engineering, business, and external partners; excellent stakeholder management.
High ownership, proactive problem-solving, and a results-driven approach.
Strong business sense, attention to detail, and user experience design expertise.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable working with data and collaborating with data scientists.
Logical thinker with excellent analytical skills and a customer-first mindset.
Adaptable in fast-paced environments, with strong stakeholder management abilities.
Strong experience in developing and executing product roadmaps from ideation to execution plan, writing Product Requirement Documents (PRD), including managing timelines and project milestones.
Technical understanding: familiarity with the technologies and platforms used in the product development process.
Preferred Skills:
35+ years in product management for platform, API, or B2B integrations. Experience with ride-hailing, logistics, payments, or marketplaces is a strong plus.
Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously and adapt in a fast-changing environment.
Familiarity with ride-hailing, logistics, e-commerce, food delivery, complex backend/platform products.
Technical background or familiarity with APIs, backend systems is a plus. Familiarity with REST APIs, webhooks, message queues, and backend architecture.
