Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Deeply understand the healthcare/wellness industry, user needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Be responsible for the medium-to-long-term product strategy and iteration roadmap of the platform, defining the core product direction and competitive strategy.
  • Independently own the full product lifecycle from user research, requirement analysis, product design, documentation, to coordinating development, testing, launch, and post-launch operational optimization.
  • Design and optimize the end-to-end mechanism for content creation, review, distribution, presentation, and interaction. Focus on content authority (e.g., collaboration models with doctors, experts, institutions), readability, and compliance/risk control.
  • Gain deep insights into the core needs and behavioral paths of different user groups (e.g., doctors, patients, general wellness audiences). Design superior user experiences and drive the implementation of user growth, engagement, and retention strategies.
  • Establish and monitor key product metrics (e.g., content quality, user engagement, retention rate). Identify issues, evaluate outcomes through data analysis, and drive data-informed product optimization decisions.
  • Efficiently coordinate with operations, marketing, R&D, design, legal, and medical teams to ensure alignment on product goals and high-quality execution, particularly in strictly meeting regulatory and compliance requirements specific to the healthcare domain.
  • Continuously track competitor movements, emerging technologies, and new models in healthcare/wellness (e.g., AI health assistants, precision science popularization) to inject innovative thinking into the product.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of product management experience in internet platforms.
  • Experience managing the full lifecycle of content-oriented platform products in healthcare, wellness, information, or knowledge payment is highly preferred. Deep understanding of user growth, engagement, and retention models for content products.
  • Possess a strong platform operations mindset. Have proven experience successfully planning or leading the design of operational mechanisms for platform products, such as creator incentive programs, content cold-start strategies, community atmosphere building, and user growth systems.
  • Have taken full ownership of at least one product project from 0 to 1 or through a major revamp, with quantifiable positive results. Familiar with applications of AIGC in areas like content generation, personalized recommendation, and intelligent Q&A.
  • Excellent user insight, logical thinking, communication, coordination, and project management skills. Proficient in product design tools (e.g., Axure, Figma, MindManager).
  • Strong data analysis skills and a solid data-driven mindset. Proficient in using relevant data analysis tools.
  • Deep understanding of the unique aspects of the healthcare industry (e.g., authority, compliance, user decision-making processes). Highly sensitive to content safety and risk control.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated, and able to adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Background or relevant study in medicine, pharmacy, public health, or related fields is preferred.
  • Familiarity with domestic healthcare/wellness-related laws, regulations, and platform supervision requirements is preferred
