Key Responsibilities
As a Product Manager at FPT Smart Cloud, you will:
- Define product strategy, vision, and execution plan for your domain
- Own the product roadmap from ideation to launch and growth
- Work with engineering, design, data science, and GTM teams
- Conduct market research and customer discovery in your target region
- Identify customer needs and translate them into compelling product features
- Partner with sales and marketing to drive adoption and retention
Job Requirement
- Have 3+ years of product management experience (AI/Software preferred)
- Possess domain knowledge in AI, ML, or conversational systems.
- Are comfortable operating in or leading initiatives for Vietnam, Japan, or SEA markets
- Strong communication skills English fluency is preferred
- Can influence without authority and thrive in collaborative environments Bonus if you've worked with: AI/ML products
