  1. Product Strategy & Business Product Management
  • Drive product strategy by identifying business pain points and proposing scalable, innovative solutions that meet both user needs and business objectives.
  • Develop, maintain, and communicate a clear product roadmap aligned with strategic priorities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize initiatives based on value, feasibility, and impact.
  • Translate complex business requirements into actionable technical tasks for engineering teams.
  • Facilitate workshops, presentations, and stakeholder meetings to ensure alignment and clarity.
  • Partner with analytics and business stakeholders to derive insights from data and optimize product features.
  • Support end-to-end delivery of cross-functional initiatives that require product-led solutions.

2. Product Operations Oversight

  • Oversee issue triaging, prioritization, and resolution workflows, ensuring business continuity and minimal disruption.
  • Guide and review the execution of UAT and post-release validation, ensuring thorough coverage of edge cases.
  • Ensure robust feature release processes, including documentation, guides, training, and stakeholder enablement.
  • Serve as the escalation point for complex product logic or functionality queries from business teams.
  • Lead initiatives to streamline product operations processes such as issue management, release planning, and feature rollout.
  • Champion continuous improvement in team practices, documentation standards, and tooling.

3. Leadership & Team Management

  • Manage and mentor a hybrid team of Business Product Managers and Product Operations specialists.
  • Foster a high-performance, collaborative culture with a focus on ownership, accountability, and growth.
  • Guide team members through prioritization, stakeholder management, and problem-solving.
  • Drive coordination across cross-functional teams including Engineering, Design, Business, and Support.
  • Act as a bridge between strategic thinking and tactical execution.


Requirements:

  • 5-7+ years of experience in product management, product operations, or related fields, with at least 2 years in a leadership or mentoring role.
  • Strong blend of business acumen and technical fluency ability to navigate between strategic discussions and detailed execution.
  • Proven ability to develop and manage product roadmaps, align cross-functional stakeholders, and deliver complex projects on time.
  • Experience working closely with engineering and QA teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills-able to translate technical concepts into business language and vice versa.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a bias for action and data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience with UAT, testing processes, and issue resolution management.
  • Comfortable managing ambiguity in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, SQL (or similar querying tools), and product analytics platforms.
  • A proactive, hands-on leader who thrives in cross-functional settings and builds trust across teams.
