. Cost Management: Participate in initiatives to reduce costs while maintaining quality and service levels.
. Problem Solving: Address any problems that arise in procurement or supplier relationships, escalate issues to the team lead as necessary
. Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, emerging suppliers, and new technologies to ensure the company remains competitive
. Risk Assessment: Contribute to risk assessment processes to identify potential issues in the supply chain and develop mitigation strategies
. Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work with other departments to align procurement activities with business needs
. Compliance: Ensure all sourcing activities comply with legal requirements and company policies
. BA of Supply Chain Management, Economics / Business, Foreign Trade
. At least 2 years of experience in procurement for Associate level, and at least 4 years for Senior Associate level
. A quick learner with good research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
. Good communication skill
. Excellent organisational and negotiation skills
. Highly motivated with a desire to learn
. Attention to detail, the ability to multitask
. Good at problem solving and stakeholder management.
