Job Description

1. Job Purpose

The Customer Admin Executive is responsible for document control, customer master data accuracy, and service contract management in Dynamics 365 (CE & FO). The role ensures data consistency to support sales, billing, reporting, and stock allocation.

Contract type: Temporary 6-month

2. Key Responsibilities

- Document & Contract Control

Check completeness and accuracy of contract
Ensure consistency between contracts and system approvals.
Index and store all service contracts properly.

- Customer Master Data Management

Maintain customer records in Dynamics 365 CE & FO.
Ensure accuracy of customer name, address, tax info, industry, and sales ownership.
Follow company procedures for customer setup and changes.

- System & Process Support

Support Sales and related teams on customer setup, contract, and pricing input
Perform data correction and basic system guidance.
Support data validation during system changes or enhancements.

- Reporting & Data Control

Extract customer and contract data for billing and management review.
Support reconciliation between CE and other systems.
Identify data issues and propose corrective actions.

- Cross‑functional Coordination

Work closely with Sales, SCM, Finance/Billing, CS, Admin & Legal.
Respond to internal requests accurately and on time.
Support audits or internal reviews when required.

- Stock Allocation

Check stock on hand.
Allocate stock by location/region based on forecast and availability.

- Continuous Improvement

Identify gaps in data and process.
Propose improvements to data quality, system usage, and workflows.

Requirements

1. Competency Requirements
Strong attention to detail and accountability
Customer‑focused mindset
Good communication and teamwork
CRM/ERP experience (Dynamics 365 preferred)
Good Excel skills; Power BI is an advantage

2. Qualifications & Experience
University degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field
Minimum 3 years experience in customer admin, sales admin, data administration, or billing support
Familiar with ERP systems and internal control processes
