1. Job Purpose
The Customer Admin Executive is responsible for document control, customer master data accuracy, and service contract management in Dynamics 365 (CE & FO). The role ensures data consistency to support sales, billing, reporting, and stock allocation.
2. Key Responsibilities
- Document & Contract Control
• Check completeness and accuracy of contract- Customer Master Data Management
• Maintain customer records in Dynamics 365 CE & FO.- System & Process Support
• Support Sales and related teams on customer setup, contract, and pricing input- Reporting & Data Control
• Extract customer and contract data for billing and management review.- Cross‑functional Coordination
• Work closely with Sales, SCM, Finance/Billing, CS, Admin & Legal.- Stock Allocation
• Check stock on hand.- Continuous Improvement
• Identify gaps in data and process.1. Competency Requirements
• Strong attention to detail and accountability
• Customer‑focused mindset
• Good communication and teamwork
• CRM/ERP experience (Dynamics 365 preferred)
• Good Excel skills; Power BI is an advantage
2. Qualifications & Experience
• University degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 3 years experience in customer admin, sales admin, data administration, or billing support
• Familiar with ERP systems and internal control processes
