The Process Excellence Business Partner supports the Head of Process Excellence in building enterprise process architecture and governance, managing and improving process maturity. Document, standardize, and streamline business processes to enhance efficiency, scalability, and alignment with organizational objectives. This role focuses on executing process management, digitalization initiatives, and projects to drive operational performance, ensure compliance, and facilitate sustainable growth across departments.
I. Responsibilities:
- Process Maturity and Governance: follow HC process architecture and assess process maturity, gaps, improvement opportunities, and roadmap. Establish and manage process governance
- Process Management: facilitate process mapping and document for existing processes, including documentation, RACI, and KPI tree. Identify digitalization opportunities and facilitate execution
- Continuous Improvement: validate processes through cross-checks, identify bottlenecks, and recommend enhancements
- Process Excellence: engage in strategic projects to provide process expertise in solution advisory, contributing to project success
- Organize and deliver Lean Six Sigma, process excellence and change management training and workshops
II. Requirements/Specifications:
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Lean Six Sigma certification, Green Belt (Black Belt preferred)
Experience:
- 3+ years experience in process improvement, operational excellence, or business transformation roles
- Experience with process documentation, mapping, and digital tools (e.g., automation, ERP, integration)
Work-related skills:
- Strong knowledge and expreeince of Lean, Six Sigma, BPM, and digital transformation techniques.
- Proficiency in process design, measurement, and improvement tools
- Analytical skills to identify inefficiencies and propose solutions.
- Understanding of business operations (FMCG, Sales, SC, MKT, Operations)
- Project management skills to handle multiple initiatives.
