Job Responsibilities
CRM Management & Execution (80%)
- Develop, set up, and execute multi-channel CRM campaigns (email, SMS, in-app messages, push notifications, etc.) using the Customer Data Platform (CDP).
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, conducting A/B testing to drive better conversion and engagement.
- Understand the data structure (Events, Attributes, User IDs) within the CDP to collaborate effectively with the Technology/Data team for tracking optimization, segment mapping, and real-time data synchronization.
- Partner closely with Product Marketing team to monitor product performance and track campaign budgets. Proactively provide strategic recommendations to optimize campaigns based on product adoption and business goals.
- Leverage a deep understanding of CDP UI/UX and features to proactively identify system gaps and draft Business Requirement Documents (BRD) for technical enhancements and campaign optimization.
- Apply AI tools to streamline daily workflows, including generating personalized content ideas, drafting campaign briefs, and summarizing data insights.
- Collaborate with the Brand Marketing team to develop visually compelling assets aligned with campaign goals.
Reporting & Optimization (20%)
- Deliver well-structured and professional reports that translate raw data into actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Reports must be logical, visually clean, and insight-driven.
- Continuously test and refine CRM strategies to enhance customer experience and maximize retention.
- Support other ad-hoc tasks as required by the Line Manager.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2+ years of experience in CRM or Digital Marketing, with a strong focus on customer relationship management.
- Hands-on experience with CDP (Customer Data Platform) or other marketing automation tools is a must.
- Possess a solid understanding of how data flows between systems. Ability to speak the technical language to brief developers and BI teams on data requirements.
- Strong ability to read the numbers, identifying the why behind fluctuations in Open Rates, CTR, and Conversion Rates.
- Strong data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze and interpret customer data to optimize campaigns.
- Demonstrate strong systematic thinking and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively to ensure seamless campaign execution and optimization.
- Proven ability to use AI tools to enhance productivity, improve content quality, or assist in basic data cleaning/research.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, working effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience in digital banking, fintech, or financial services is preferred.
- Deep understanding of the Vietnamese market and consumer behavior.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
