Our client is a leading company specializing in electricities and power solution, currently seeking a qualified candidate to join their organization.
- Provide technical expertise and support for all matters related to released equipment and processes, with experience in process and equipment improvement, as well as PLC programming and integration capabilities.
- Analyze faults related to process and equipment issues, identify root causes, and develop rewiring procedures down to the component level. Experience using SQL, Python, and Power BI for issue monitoring, analysis, and forecasting is an advantage.
- Implement and deploy processes and equipment in accordance with the Company's standards.
- Provide daily technical feedback and share expertise on the existing product portfolio.
- Participate in the development of new products and processes within the scope of skills and capabilities required for the position.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or mass-production environment
- Hands-on experience in production equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and problem-solving methodologies.
- Native-level Vietnamese and strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and practical knowledge of SAP or MES systems.
- Experience with PLC, SQL, Python, or Power BI is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including experience in root cause analysis and corrective action investigations.
- Hands-on, proactive, and willing to learn about products, production processes, and manufacturing equipment.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and service-oriented, with a strong sense of responsibility.
