The primary purpose of this role is to support global and local teams in making better decisions, achieving strategic objectives, and maximizing profit. The position involves building and leading a high-performing Finance team to drive efficiency, deliver high-level costing analysis, and create significant value for the organization.

Our Team

This role is part of the Finance division located at MXHY, Vietnam. The Finance team collaborates with internal departments, peers, global business units, regional hubs, and external contacts such as tax bureaus, banks, auditors, and other agencies. This position works closely with various stakeholders to ensure compliance, enhance processes, and drive profitability.

What You Will Do

  • Lead and develop a high-performing finance team by recruiting, training, and mentoring staff to foster collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Support operational transformation by identifying improvement opportunities, establishing analysis models, and driving profit growth.
  • Collaborate with the plant operations team to construct Annual Operating Plans (AOP), set and track KPI targets.
  • Analyze plant P&L, manufacturing variance, and finance KPIs, providing timely updates to related operations and business units.
  • Prepare monthly forecast reports and improve internal Finance department processes to maximize value creation.
  • Strengthen the control environment and enterprise risk management processes, educating business partners on metrics that drive profitable actions.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate and local policies and regulations while promoting a Principled-Based Management (PBM) culture.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Bachelors degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • At least 6 years of experience in operational finance, with a strong willingness to take on new assignments.
  • Solid experience in costing analysis within manufacturing plants and managing manufacturing variances.
  • Proficient in SAP FI and CO modules, and advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data modeling, etc.).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills with a proactive and results-oriented approach.

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Major in accounting or a related subject.
  • Prior experience in a multinational company environment.
  • Familiarity with SAP, OneStream, and Power BI systems.
  • Demonstrated curiosity for operational areas and a willingness to learn new things.
  • Strong integrity, honesty, and management skills, alongside proficiency in English and Vietnamese communication.
