Production & Operations Management: Directs daily plant operations, develops production schedules, and ensures efficient and productive output to meet business goals.
Quality & Safety: Oversees quality control standards and plant/worker safety, ensuring compliance with regulations and implementing best practices.
Leadership & Team Management: Manages, mentors, and develops plant personnel, fostering a high-performance, collaborative work environment.
Strategic Planning: Develops departmental strategies and operational plans aligned with the organization&aposs vision and mission.
Budgeting & Finance: Manages plant budgets, monitors costs, and makes financial decisions to control expenses and maximize profitability.
Process Improvement: Identifies and implements process improvements to enhance yield, quality, and productivity.
Maintenance & Equipment: Oversees the maintenance and repair of equipment, implementing preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensures the plant adheres to all applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelors degree or above in Engineering, Mechanical, Industrial Management, or Manufacturing Management
Minimum 810 years in screw, nut, or hardware manufacturing
Familiar with cold heading, threading, heat treatment, and surface treatment processes
Minimum 5 years in senior factory management (Factory Director, Deputy Director, or Manufacturing Manager)
Proficient in production planning, capacity analysis, utilization rate control, and process improvement
Familiar with ISO 9001, IATF 16949 quality management systems
.Experience in cost control and yield improvement
Able to set and track KPIs (output efficiency, yield rate, on-time delivery rate)
Strong ability to handle production issues and crisis management promptly
