Planning Supervisor

Our casual dining restaurants include Kohaku Yakiniku, Kohaku Sushi, and Date Nariya Japanese Gyutan Steak. Additionally, we operate Machida Shoten, Japan&aposs No.1 Ramen spot, as well as Kohaku Udon & Ramen.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Planning Supervisor, located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The Planning Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily production planning, managing supply chain operations, and ensuring effective communication across teams. The role includes analyzing data to optimize production schedules and improve operational efficiency.

• Strong Analytical Skills and Planning abilities
• Experience in Production Planning and Supply Chain Management
• Excellent Communication skills
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
• Leadership experience in a similar role is a plus
• Ability to work effectively on-site in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
