Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Finance Manager at TalentVis-HR, located in Dong Nai with shuttle bus from Ho Chi Minh City.

The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, including budgeting, financial planning, and financial reporting. The role requires ensuring compliance with financial regulations, analyzing financial data to provide insights, and developing strategies to improve financial performance. The Finance Manager will collaborate with other departments to support various business activities and provide financial training to staff as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in Budgeting and financial planning
• Knowledge of Food Service and Food & Beverage industry
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Experience in providing Training to staff
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Proven ability to work well in a team and independently
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) sector is a plus
